Accelerated Three-Day Courses

Accelerated Course StudentsWaldorf College accelerated three-day courses are offered tuition free and are held in popular locations across the country. Students enrolled in the hybrid program have the added benefit of attending one to four of these courses. Courses are designed to provide networking opportunities for students, hands-on instruction from faculty and program and career advising.

Students may complete these courses anytime during their program of study. One of the accelerated course options is offered just before the annual Waldorf Commencement Ceremony held at the end of April on the Waldorf College campus in Forest City, Iowa. For students who wish to celebrate finishing their degree program with hundreds of other Waldorf residential and online program graduates, this is the perfect opportunity to complete the accelerated course portion of their program.

An accelerated three-day course will be available prior to the Waldorf Commencement Ceremony held at the end of April on the Waldorf College campus in Forest City, Iowa.

One accelerated three-day course is required for every 30 hours of credit earned online. Therefore, if a student transfers 60 hours of credit into their degree program and has 60 hours remaining to complete at Waldorf, the student will complete two accelerated courses at anytime during his or her enrollment.

All weekend courses begin at 5 p.m. ET, Friday and end early Sunday afternoon. A schedule and course descriptions are available for all accelerated three-day courses.
